New releases on the Flexera One platform in October augment user visibility into Apple devices and cloud commitment burn rate. Don’t forget to check out the resources for interactive sneak peeks.
Flexera One ITAM
JAMF Adapter
Managing Apple devices with the same precision as Windows devices is challenging. Agents are not set up to collect detailed information on Apple devices and the information gathered is often sparse and incomplete.
Our new Jamf adapter for Flexera One is built to deliver detailed Apple device data, covering hardware, software and security posture directly from your Jamf environment into Flexera One. It supports Jamf Cloud and Jamf Pro (on-premises) and converts that data into trusted, normalized inventory you can act on.

With new updates to File Evidence in IT Visibility, customers can now further simplify compliance, improve transparency and empower data-driven decisions with confidence. The latest release delivers:

- Evidence portability and extensibility: Access raw file-level data directly through GraphQL APIs, giving you unrestricted, query-ready access to your environment.
- Direct access to raw file evidence
- Clear visibility into the foundational data powering your inventory insights
- Complete lineage tracking for every piece of evidence
This initial release supports file evidence for all TI Platform data sources. Future updates will expand to include installers, OS, usage, user and virtualization evidence.
Business Service Contextualization with CDS
For greater flexibility, transparency and control for your Business Service reporting, IT Visibility now offers Business Service Contextualization through the Contextual Data Store (CDS). This enhancement lets you enrich Business Services with additional attributes and visualize them alongside hardware and software data in Power BI. Customers can now: Upload CSV files with Business Service IDs and contextual attributes directly in the CDS UI.
- Ensure smooth ingestion with automatic attribute detection, data type assignment and schema validation.
- Use contextualized data flows in the Service Data Model (SDM) in IT Visibility and Power BI reports.

Now with native support for Business Service contextualization, you can:
- Create richer, contextualized dashboards
- Improve reporting for customers migrating from GoodData to Power BI
- Strengthen governance with schema validation and access controls

Real-time ESR and waste
Hourly tracking of effective savings, spend and waste lets you see how your commitment strategy handles traffic fluctuations. This is where Flexera’s automates cRI policies are seen at work.
