Where everyone belongs

We believe many diverse perspectives improve vision and strategy. Our goal is to foster an inclusive environment where every voice at Flexera strengthens our business impact.

Annual summits

Flexera hosts annual events that educate our employees on inclusivity. Open to all, these summits raise awareness of issues that impact various communities represented in our workforce.

Enablement sessions

Enablement sessions

We curate a tailored library of belonging and inclusion microlessons that cover topics such as cross-cultural communication and bias. Subject matter experts and passionate team members present our in-house FlexTalks. These sessions explore topics such as menopause, Pride, Black History Month and more.

Part of How We Roll is ensuring everyone feels comfortable bringing their whole self to work—and we strive to do that, across the company and around the world.

Intern program

We host a yearly summer internship program for students to give them firsthand experience in their chosen field. Our comprehensive onboarding process introduces interns to various parts of the organization. We also pair them with a dedicated manager to guide and support them throughout their internship journey. During their time with us, interns collaborate in teams on meaningful projects that contribute to the business’ success.

Employee surveys

Employee surveys

Flexera is committed to building and maintaining an inclusive workplace culture. We measure our adherence to that commitment and hold ourselves accountable via bi-yearly employee Pulse surveys. Through those surveys, we assess employee experiences of belonging and authenticity, as well as the support that our Senior Leadership Team provides in alignment with our belonging and inclusion commitments.

Employee Resource Groups

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are open to all Flexerans who are motivated to support a specific cause, concern or purpose.

They provide welcoming spaces for Flexerans to share their experiences, raise awareness and further educate our community.
