Flexera statement on false recruitment messages

Flexera has recently learned of false recruitment messages that have been targeted at potential job seekers. Bad actors are illegally and fraudulently using the Flexera name to mimic us and con personal information and funds from unsuspecting job seekers.

We’ve gathered the info below to help you protect yourself from this incident and similar scams.

What to look for and what to do

DONOT RESPOND to any unsolicited, fraudulent, or fake texts claiming to be from Flexera

  • Our employees will never ask for personal information, passwords, or financial details via email, text or phone call
  • Official communications from Flexera recruiters will never come through text message or WhatsApp
  • We only operate under the official “flexera.com” domain name, and any other website URLs (such as flexera-data.net) may appear similar but are not us
  • We would not offer a job without completion of a formal interview process

If you receive any such communications, please notify us immediately at careers@flexera.com instead of responding to them
