This supplementary notice is intended to provide additional information for those who use Flexera’s SaaS management products, if you are unsure whether the products detailed below are deployed to your device please liaise with your IT Administrator. Flexera’s SaaS management products provide SaaS discovery and usage data, including verified usage, to help identify unused licenses and security risks. Further information about this is available here: Flexera One SaaS Management and Snow SaaS Management.

When installed on your device the following information may be identified:

• The URL of websites visited,
• The date and time the website was visited, and
• Details of the device, and user account, used.

This information is used solely for licensing purposes. Flexera cannot access, and does not record, or transmit, the content of your browsing sessions. Once the data detailed above is identified it is stripped any data not strictly needed to determine licensing, such as headers, tokens and the request body. This is then relayed to Flexera. Once the information has been transmitted it is erased from your device.

Any data collected and/or processed in relation to this extension and/or your organisation’s use of Flexera's SaaS management products is conducted strictly in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") executed between Flexera and your organisation. If no executed DPA exists, the terms of Flexera's Data Processing Agreement located at https://www.flexera.com/legal/data-processing-agreement will apply.
